             I thought that this type of topic was pretty interesting because of the types of strategies and the struggle

 of many countries that are in the boundaries of Africa and what the attempts that they ended up going

through in order to achieve their independence.

               After WWI and WWII the empires began to fall, in other words it was able to leave Europe at a

disadvantage and was no longer seen as powerful. Which was able to open a new door for the people to be

overthrown in colonies. The Europeans started to create a alliance with the other colonies in order to still

keep getting their profit. The Europeans were able to come to a compromise by mainly using the systems that

 we have today voting, writing up constitutions.

chapter 21

 Cuba,Russia and China had come up with the decision to embrace the practice of communism

because they felt that it was something that lead them out to freedom from inequality,oppression, and

abuse. Those that of the Western countries would see communism as something rather dangerous to

capitalism and democracy initiating an arms race that would be with the U.S and Russia.

             Carl Max is pretty much the most well known person when the topic of communist movements is brought up.

During the Russian revolution those of the lower class community were fed up on being pushed around by

those of higher class or higher authority. Some people were able to to form small groups that would lead up

to organizations that rebel against the situations because it was not equally fair that the those of the higher

 class were able to benefit more than those that are lower than them.

              In our present time hearing communism is mainly seen as a bad thing except for the time when Marx

 lead the rebellion for the equal benefit of everyone.Out of all the issues that Communism was able to cause

 and affect the countries and the way that it is viewed through our politics, to get a better idea about this is

 that there is communism and then there is democracy. The U.S is known to be against communism and is

 willing to fight those countries in order to prevent from falling into the communism of the other countries.

The impact that the war made caused a disturbance that affected everyone

A variety of people were assuming that the war would be done with really quick within a few months.

Due to the shortage of labor, an increasing number of women were now being involved in the workforce providing their home base.

There was a point when the British authorities would persuade the women to abandon their current job position and in France, conservative's pushed Mother's Day as a celebration of women who had little French boys for the army

 The other thing about the war was that it played a made a major impact on the lives of several Women's with many nations giving them the opportunity to vote and New York also.

The thing about the postwar was that it was also known to be the Jazz age with women wearing "flappers" when the would go out to socialize such as drinking and dancing in the night clubs in sharp contrast to earlier conventions of bourgeois respectability.

China became a semi colonial society after the opium war

Countries such as for example Japan, the Ottoman Empire,Persia,Ethiopia,Siam, and Latin America, would come up with ways to keep away from the power of the European colonial empire.

By the time of the 19th century the Atlantic Slave trade had disappeared 

Slaves were viewed and treated like merchandise.

Those that were from Britain have ended up traveling south moving away from Egypt. 

The other thing that the British did before they left was that they would hang and whip a variety of people.

• Century long Portuguese made an effort to explore a sea route to the East,by creeping slowly down the West African coast, around the tip of South Africa,up the East African coast, and finally across the Indian Ocean to Calicut in southern India in 1498.

• That's when the Europeans were able to discover some type of interesting ancient and rich system that would work really well for trade and this route was able to go all the way from East Africa and end all the way in China. 

•   The Portuguese were aware of the outcome of where this type of system would land them but they would also be ignoring the way that the system would tend to work.  

• Europeans wanted to hop into this business of the Indian Ocean Trade

• Fur Regions such as North America, Siberia,were affected by fur. The French were able to create a mutual trading relationship with North Americans and the Russians were able to create a relationship with Siberia.

I thought that this topic theme was really interesting because of the way that it started off talking 

about how the Americans had originally been discovered, and how the British wanted to play a part 

in the system of the Indian Ocean Trade in order to increase the fortune, from what I thought of just 

reading that part. I thought that was a smart way for a country to increase the fortune, besides this I 

thought that it was interesting how a variety of the population of Native Americans have not been 

killed by the way that we have been told, and on the other hand they were killed by sick disease that 

was caused by the people of the other land. From my point of view I thought that it was already bad 

enough that these people make themselves feel at home that they some how get the idea of using the 

native people to be doing the dirty work and becoming their personal slaves for them which I see no 

good reason if the land belongs to the native people.
